Hubei Huangshi Jinxiu Textile Co., Ltd. was founded by HUBEI MAILYARD SHARE CO.,LTD and KURABO CO.,LTD, the former name is Hubei Mei Cang Textile Co.,Ltd. After our company had reformed the stock system and integrated capital in July, 2006 and gone through effective assets reorganization in 2009, which becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of HUBEI MAILYARD SHARE CO.,LTD. The registered capital of our company is RMB five million.The company holds RMB 55 million of equipment assets, factory site 59000 square meters and more than 500 employees, including 10000 woolen weaving machinery and 48 gripper looms, which specializes in the manufacture of high-grade garment fabrics and fashion fabrics. Meanwhile, we have a production line which integrates with product designing, dyeing, weaving, finishing, and advanced manufacture of trousers with annual capability of 2.4 million meters of worsted fabrics and 300,000 pieces of men's slacks. Our company has sucessfully imported the most advanced pre-spinning equipment from Italy, modern automatic winders and gripper looms with high quality and high efficiency from Japan, and finishing equipment from Germany and Japan. The equipment provides a high degree of automation and excellent performance which has reached advanced world levels.The company has passed quality system certification of ISO9001 in 1997 and environment management system certification of ISO14001 in 2004. More than 70% employees were sent to Japan for one year's study and training.Our major products include: all kinds of pure wool worsted fabrics, wool & polyester blended fabrics for high-grade men's suits, casual clothes and ladies' wear, yarns, men's slacks, and scarves. 70% of products are mainly exported to Japan, part of products are for sale in Europe, America and domestic market.
